About Latonya

LaTonya Myers is a Maryland real estate agent with Weichert, Realtors -Integrity Home Team serving Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County, Harford County, Howard County, and Prince George’s County. She operates a consultative, education-first real estate practice designed for buyers who want clarity, structure, and confidence, particularly first-time homebuyers who may feel overwhelmed by the process.

LaTonya has been been in IT for 28-years.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Information Systems. That combination of financial and systems experience influences how she approaches real estate. She believes that good decisions come from having the right information, understanding the process, and taking the time to consider the options.

While LaTonya works with buyers and sellers throughout the Maryland communities she serves, she has a particular interest in first-time homebuyers. For someone purchasing a home for the first time, the process can come with unfamiliar terminology, financial decisions, inspections, contracts, deadlines, and plenty of questions. LaTonya’s approach is to help clients understand what is happening and why, so they can make decisions with greater confidence.

Her philosophy is straightforward: buyers should be educated consumers. A home will likely be one of the largest financial investments a person makes, and LaTonya does not believe clients should feel pressured into making that decision. If a buyer is not comfortable, she believes it is better to pause and wait until they are.

As a dual-career professional, LaTonya brings the same organization, process, and attention to detail developed throughout her IT career into her real estate practice. Her goal is not to push clients toward a transaction, but to provide a clear path through the process.

Outside of real estate and her IT career, LaTonya is a wife and mother of two and a dog mom to a Cockapoo. She enjoys Zumba because the music always brightens her mood.
